The Four Steps to Flawless Skin

After discussing your treatment goals, your licensed aesthetician will prepare the HydraFacial machine to include a customized blend of serums and active skincare agents that help cleanse, rejuvenate, and nourish your skin.

The treatment is divided into four key steps:

Deep cleansing + exfoliation: a cleansing serum is applied to the skin while the device’s spiral tip buffs away dead skin cells. This helps prepare your skin for the following steps.

Acid peel: a combination of glycolic and salicylic acids is seeped deep into the pores to help dissolve impurities. While most acid peels sting your face after they’re washed off, HydraFacial’s winning glycolic/salicylic combination is gentle enough to exfoliate without irritating.

Extractions: forget about the painful pricking and prodding of traditional facial extractions. During this step, your aesthetician will use the vortex-extraction nozzle to painlessly suction out debris from your pores. There’s a cup attached at the end of the vacuum mechanism, so you can actually see all the gunk that’s being extracted from your skin.

Hydration: Finally, your custom cocktail of serums and extracts is funneled into your pores to repair, plump, moisturize, and protect the skin.

The entire treatment takes under 30 minutes and there’s no downtime or recovery afterward.

Does the Hydrafacial Hurt?

Both the HydraFacial and in-office [microdermabrasion] treatments leave your skin intensely clean and glowing, but the HydraFacial is gentler and faster. It also leaves more room for customization because it allows us to target different concerns by using personalized blends of serums and extracts.

Is Hydrafacial Better than Microdermabrasion?

You’ll see noticeable improvements in your skin after just one session. And the plumpness and hydration effects may last at least 5 to 7 days. Depending on your skin goals, your aesthetician will recommend more than one treatment and/or create a bespoke at-home aftercare plan with skincare product recommendations to help you maintain your results.
